Christian Yoga

I'm certified by Yahweh Yoga, Holy Yoga, and Yoga Faith as a Registered Yoga Instructor (RYT 500) and can minister Christian Yoga classes that fully nourish your body and spirit. They provide a deeper connection to your faith, and experience renewal in mind, body, soul, and spirit. Furthermore, my Christian Yoga philosophy places more emphasis on who you are becoming in Christ than on who you have been. You may study and experience a life-long journey of inspiration, friendship, and spirituality via Christian Yoga.
